Rules for use of cooking mixer machine

⑤ Check whether the clearance between the drum mixer and the shell of the cooking mixer machine meets the requirements of the instructions.
⑥ Check whether the sealing strip of the discharging door of the cooking mixer machine is in good condition, whether the opening is ensured to be in place, and whether the closing is guaranteed to be sealed.
⑦ Check the lubricating oil of the reducer and brush the oil for the transmission chain at the same time.
⑧ During the empty car test run, observe whether the cooking mixer machine rotates smoothly, whether there is abnormal vibration, and monitor whether there is any jamming sound between the mixing blade or screw and the shell.
⑨ After the first load operation for half an hour, check the temperature rise of the reducer and various bearings. If the temperature rise is found to be too high, find out the cause and timely remove the fault.
⑩ During the first load operation, carry out a full load start test to check whether the transmission system meets the full load start requirements.
Before the cooking mixer machine is put into production, the coefficient of variation of mixing uniformity should be measured to determine the best mixing time.
