(4) PT100 after the boiler is used to measure the temperature of the thermal oil. The set temperature is detected by the electric control box. When the set temperature is exceeded, the heating will not continue. On the contrary, when the set temperature is lower, the heating will continue.
(5) 3 / 4 ball valve (high temperature resistant 300 ℃) shall be installed at the bottom oil drain device, which can be opened when oil drain is required, so as to make oil drain more convenient.
2. Clean the pot and put the materials into it. First, inject heat-transfer oil and turn on the power. When the materials reach the required temperature and the predetermined heating time, turn off the power. The hand wheel can be turned to tilt the pot body for discharging. This completes the job once.
3. The capacity of the thermal oil shall be checked for each operation of the thermal oil interlayer boiler to avoid dry burning and damage to the equipment.
4. In order to ensure the cleanness of thermal oil, it should be replaced every 3 months.
