The electric heating Jacketed kettle uses 380V electric power as the heat source. The Jacketed kettle is equipped with electric rod, electric couple and heat transfer oil (self-made), which can reach 320 degrees at most. It is controlled by an electric control box and equipped with a temperature control system inside. 1. Volume: 50L, 100L, 200l, 300L, 400L, 500L, 600L, 800L, 1000L.
2. Structural form: tilt type and vertical structure, with or without agitation as required by the process.
3. Material of the pot body: ① stainless steel (SUS304) of the inner pot body, carbon steel of jacket and bracket (Q235-B) are coated with anti rust paint; ② stainless steel is applied inside and outside.
4. Pot body with mixing device: Center mixing at the top, looper connection between the output shaft of reducer and mixing paddle shaft, convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
5. Mixing speed: 36R / min (a certain speed can be selected according to the customer's requirements); mixing paddle form: ordinary mixing (anchor type) and bottom scraping mixing.
6. Form of support feet: ① vertical pot body: pyramid type, round tube type; ② tilting pot body: trough support type.
7. Equipment configuration: dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, discharge port, etc. (vertical structure).
8. The maximum tilting angle of the tilting type Jacketed kettle is 90 °, and the tilting mode is manual turning.
Note: jacket working pressure, motor power, heating power, mixing slurry structure, etc. can be customized according to the special requirements of customers.
Installation procedure
1. Tighten the two set screws of the bracket. When rotating the pot body, the water inlet pipe and water outlet pipe at both ends are not allowed to rotate with the pot.
2. After installation, the agitated mezzanine boiler shall be subject to empty car test run and inspection, and it can be put into operation only after all transmission parts operate normally
3. After air intake, if there is air leakage at the joint, screw the nut until there is no leakage.
Attention to use
1. The steam pressure shall not exceed the rated working pressure for a long time.
2. When entering steam, slowly open the steam inlet valve until the pressure is required. If the stop valve at the condensate outlet is equipped with a steam trap, always open the valve; if there is no steam trap, first open the valve until there is steam overflow, then close the valve, and keep the opening degree until there is a small amount of water vapor overflow.
3. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the pressure of steam used by the user.
4. In the process of using the steam boiler, it is necessary to pay attention to the change of steam pressure and adjust it timely with the steam inlet valve.
5. After stopping the air intake, open the straight tap at the bottom of the pot and drain the remaining water.
6. For tilting and agitating mezzanine pans, oil shall be added to each rotating part before use in each shift; for the parts on the surface of agitating mezzanine pans, cooking oil is recommended; for other parts, 30 × 40 × mechanical oil shall be used.
Maintenance
1. In case of steam leakage at the joint of inlet and outlet pipes, the packing shall be added or replaced if the problem is not solved by tightening the nut.
2. The pressure gauge and safety valve shall be inspected regularly, and if there is any fault, they shall be replaced and repaired in time.
3. After the gearbox is used for 50 hours, it shall be disassembled to drain the lubricating oil, washed with kerosene or diesel oil, added with 30 × 40 × clean engine oil, after 150 hours of use, the oil shall be changed for the second time, and then the oil shall be changed every 1000 hours according to the specific situation.
4. In case of peeling off of antirust oil, it is necessary to brush it in time and paint the outer pot. X55-3 aluminum powder ethylene water-resistant paint is recommended.
5. After the boiler has been used for 5 years, it is recommended to carry out safety hydrostatic test, and the interval of hydrostatic test in the future shall be carried out according to the requirements of technical departments in various regions.
The pressure P water of hydrostatic test is determined according to the following conditions:
When the rated working air pressure P value is less than 0.6MPa, P water = 0.15Mpa;
When the rated working air pressure P value = 0.6-0.8mpa,
P water = P amount + 0.3MPa
6. The outer shell of the boiler is made of 4.0-5.5mm thick steel plate with steel grade of A3. When the outer shell of the boiler has been corroded for many years and thinned to less than 2mm, it shall be stopped.
7. For the welding of stainless steel of this boiler and the welding of other stainless steel joints, stainless steel electrodes o 102, O 107, O 132, O 137 shall be used, and other brands shall not be used.
