Operation and use
1. Check the equipment: before use, check the equipment. All control and operation parts shall be in good condition. The boiler body shall be in vertical state. Confirm that the original supply gas is consistent with the type of gas indicated on the equipment nameplate. Clean the internal and external surfaces with detergent until they are clean before putting into use.
 
2. Add materials: add food, water, etc. into the pot.
 
3. Turn on the power: press the "motor start" switch, the green key, and the mixer starts to mix. First choose low speed, then choose high speed or low speed according to cooking requirements. It is forbidden to adjust the speed of the reducer when the motor is stopped.
 
4. Ignition of burner: first, confirm that the knob on the operation panel, the long open fire knob and the ignition rod knob are in the fully closed position, and then open the gas main valve. The second step is to turn on the ignition rod knob, ignite the ignition rod, insert the ignition port at the lower part of the combustion chamber, and turn on the long open fire knob to ignite the long open burner. Step 3: pull out the ignition rod, close the knob, and place the ignition rod in its original position. Step 4: press down the fire disc knob respectively and turn it to the fully open position, at this time, the fire disc burner will automatically ignite. The inner ring burner shall be used first, and the outer ring burner shall be used after confirming that the combustion condition is good.
 
5. Fire control: if it is necessary to cook food with small fire, turn the inner and outer knobs from the full open position for half a circle to the small fire position, or turn off the burner of any circle.
 
6. End of operation: after the food is processed, the heating shall be stopped, the main burner knob and the long open flame burner knob shall be restored to the off position, the gas main knob shall be turned off, and the "motor stop" switch shall be pressed timely, the red key shall be pressed, the mixer shall stop mixing, and then the main power supply shall be turned off.
 
7. Dumping operation:
◆ the dumping operation shall be carried out after the burner is closed and the power is turned off! Shake the hand wheel of the rotating arm to turn the agitator to a proper position; then shake the hand wheel of the tilting pan to turn the pan to a proper position and pour the food into the container.
 
◆ turn the faucet out of the pan before tilting the pan!
 
◆ the operation of tilting the pot should be carried out slowly, not too fast or too fast, so as to avoid scalding caused by splashing hot soup!
 
◆ do not put hands or other objects in the middle of moving parts, so as to avoid clamping or jamming!
 
◆ when pouring the frying pan, operate on the right side. Do not stand behind to avoid crushing!
