1. Preparation before startup

2) Turn on the main power switch of the cooking mixer after the conduction oil furnace is started 30 minutes in advance.
3) Start the heat transfer oil to heat the rising button of the frying pan, check the mesh belt, slag scraping bearing and other transmission parts.
4) Check that there is no foreign matter or water in the machine.
5) Install the oil filter paper correctly and adjust it to ensure normal operation.
6) Check the peripheral pipeline and circulation system of the heat transfer oil heating frying pan.
7) Press the down button to reset the cooking mixer.
2. Power on
1) Heat transfer oil can be added to the frying pan until it is not sticky. Press the heating power control switch on the distribution cabinet.
2) Set the oil temperature parameters of the heat transfer oil heating frying pan, turn on the slag scraping control power supply, oil filtering and circulating pump system.
3) When the oil temperature rises above 150 ℃, start the a net belt, B non stick pot and oil replenishing power control.
4) At the end of production, inform the oil furnace to close the heating system 10 minutes in advance, and inform the refrigeration to stop cooling.
3. Cleaning
1) Turn off the heating system and make-up oil system.
2) Cool down, recover oil and prepare caustic soda.
3) Collect large pieces of dirt and oil residue in the garbage can.
4) Raise the heat transfer oil to heat the wok and insert the bumper.
5) Turn on the A and B mesh belts and use the high-pressure water gun to clean the whole oil pan, mesh belt, scraping strip, gear bracket, exhaust pipe, hood, filter and other places with dirt. Then carefully check the above places to ensure that they are clean.
6) Fill the heated frying cooking mixer with clear water, add caustic soda to heat it to 95 ℃ and cook for 45 minutes, then drain the sewage.
7) Use a high-pressure gun to wash the dirt and caustic soda in the cooking mixer, carefully wash the oil pan, filter, and inner and outer covers until they are clean.
8) prepare the concentration of 2 to 5% of the top down, enhance the frying machine, use the foam machine to clean the foam from the top and bottom of the cooking mixer and other parts, cover the inside and outside surfaces of the equipment, and the foam lasts for 10-15 minutes.
9) Clean with high-pressure gun, visually inspect all areas to see if all parts are clean, and clean again if not.
10) After cleaning, close the drain valve, stop the operation of the mesh belt and turn off the main power supply.
11) After each use, please be sure to pull out the plug and start cleaning after the pot is completely cooled. When cleaning, use a soft cloth soaked with neutral detergent to gently wipe. Do not use a metal brush, corrosive solvent, etc. to avoid damaging the coating and the surface of the pot.
