6、The operator shall not operate with water. If there is oil leakage outside, stop the operation.
7、The temperature shall be strictly controlled during operation. Generally, the temperature shall be controlled below 200 ℃.
8、Before discharging, the inlet and outlet of heat transfer oil shall be blocked before discharging.
9、Every time the oil is changed in the cooking jacketed kettle, the electric heating pipe shall be removed first, and then the oil shall be added after being cleaned with alkali water.
10、Heat transfer oil shall be changed once every 20 pots are used, and the oil shall be drained after each month of use. Add 40 ℃ and 2% alkali solution to fill the jacket and soak for 2 hours, and then wash with hot water.
11、Overhaul shall be carried out every 4 months, including: replacement of electric heating pipe, gasket of each part and electric heating pipe line, calibration of thermometer, etc
