Usage of electric heating cooking jacketed kettle
 
1. Before use, check whether the oil level of heat transfer oil reaches the specified level (150cm below the interlayer).
 
2. Clean the pot and put materials into it.
 
3. Before starting the machine, open the upper oil filling valve.
 
4. Turn on the switch, turn on the red switch, and turn the temperature control knob to the required temperature (most of them are about 180 ℃, but not more than 280 ℃) for normal production.
 
5. Close the electric switch, close the oil filling valve, tilt the cooking jacketed kettle, and turn the hand wheel to tilt the pot body for discharging.
 
Instructions for electric heating cooking jacketed kettle
 
1. The power supply must be equipped with leakage protector according to the power, and heat conducting oil shall be added before use.
 
2. It is forbidden to start the machine without heat transfer oil in the interlayer.
 
3. It is recommended to use 350 × heat transfer oil. It is recommended to replace the heat transfer oil once a year or so. If the time is not long, the replacement time can be extended as appropriate.
 
4. Close the oil valve at the end of the work, and then tilt the inside of the pot to pour out the material, taking care not to tilt out.
 
5. It is recommended to use standard copper core power cord of more than 6mm.
 
6. In order to keep clean, the pot body should be cleaned once every time it is used.
 
7. Regularly check the engagement degree of worm gear and worm. If the clearance is too large, it can be adjusted by the bearing on worm.
 
8. If the machine does not work normally, check whether the fuse is broken or whether the AC contactor is damaged. It is recommended to replace it.
 
9. Oil filling hole, oil outlet hole and temperature display probe socket.
 
Safety tips for electric heating cooking jacketed kettle
 
1. Before starting the machine, the upper oil sealing cap shall be opened first, and the air outlet cap in the electric box shall be replaced, so as to release the oil and gas generated due to high temperature during heating, so as to prevent danger caused by high pressure in the interlayer.
 
2. This machine must be effectively grounded, otherwise, it may lead to dangerous accidents.

3. After the work, it is strictly prohibited to roll without closing the oil valve, especially to tilt outward, which may overflow the high-temperature heat-transfer oil and cause accidents.
 
4. Do not allow water to enter the outlet valve!
